The Lucius has just officially announced it’s expansion plans

The Lucius, as any reader of mine will know, is by far the largest Casino-Resort in the city, composing of 8 floors in total, and 7 hotel floors, which may not be as many as the competitors, but oh do they make up for it in the number. On each regular hotel room floor, there are 24 standard rooms. With there being 5 standard room floors that means 24*5 = 120 standard rooms. plus the 8 luxury rooms at the top and you have 128 rooms in total, and they need to really double down on the resort side of their Casino-Resort title. That’s why the owners of the Lucius, Ormsby Gaming, have announced recently that they plan to expand the theatre and restaurant in the resort. 

By moving them out of the Resort. 

The plan for Lucius’ Popina is definitely going to be more visible from the outside. The plan is to have people take a staircase up a floor then have a skybridge over to a different building which will house some slot machines, but mostly the restaurant in its own building. what is now taken up by the restaurant will most likely become slot machines. 

The plan for the theatre will be less visible, if at all, from the outside, but also be slightly more ambitious. The plan is to have a staircase only the width of half of the current entryway. (4 blocks/meters. 13 Feet.) this staircase, however, will lead guests downstairs to an underground cavern, the stairs will loop around and the theatre will the along the length of the building, but it’ll be under the building. It will allow for the shows, plays, and concerts to use the venue and have fewer sound limits due to the people in the hotel and gambling hall. 

These expansions are most definitely a step towards the Resort side of their title, allowing the Lucius to be even more attractive to guests and even give locals a nice play/concert venue and a good restaurant.
