The endless flatland of unbuilt Courdelane

Without flattened land, this is what a lot of Courdelane would look like.

And it’s all thanks to the Courdelane Breau of Landscaping and Civil Engineering!

All of this landscaping is for a new type of boulevard, the beginnings of which is already in production and will get its own article.

And outside of the land that has been sectioned off for discrete large-scale construction has been more naturally landscaped for lower-density and parkland.

For now, we don’t know quite what’s planned for the land. Perhaps some of the largest-scale development we’ve seen. Maybe low-density development.

Maybe Both? Who knows.
