The complex is often seen as ‘multiple buildings linked by a walkway’ rather than one massive building like the Lucius across the street.
The Eclipse, the Casino-Hotel is seen as one of the more Luxorius Casino-hotels in the city, having a larger variety of Rooms (3 types per floor) and gaming machines. Though it’s main competitor, the Lucius has more rooms. An estimated 120. As well as more slot machines, with most of the ground floor occupied by them.
We got the chance to have an interview with Max Harkman, Spokesman for Crescent Holdings, the owners of the Imperia Complex.
Interview with Crescent Holdings Spokesperson: Max Harkman.
Me: So I’ve heard that this is your company’s biggest project to date. Any specific challenges associated with that?
Max: Oh definitely. Making sure that the structure is sound with such a huge ambition for our architects, making sure that the complex is environmentally challenging, but in the end, we got there where we should be.
Me: So I’m aware that the casino-hotel has many less, yet larger rooms than your pretty much direct competitor, the Lucius. Is this project similar in target to the Vista split? Targeting higher-income guests.
Max: Oh for sure, Seeing the success of the Vista split gave us the encouragement to build it. All are welcome here but you do have to have a deeper pocket to play.
Me: So I’m also aware that your company hasn’t yet entered the Courdleane market before this project. Are you already known elsewhere or was this project funded via investors as a first?
Max: Our company is definitely up and coming. We have a decent fund to make these kinds of projects. We already have plenty of casinos open in cities like Slovoda and Darkriver, but this is our first overseas project in Courdleane and hope to become more of a well-known name here.
Me: Have any companies confirmed their attendance in the available venues or have there yet to be any deals made aside from the Resturant?
Max: Currently we have plenty of bids from many locations, those are currently being sorted out. As you can see we accepted a lease form the city, as we knew how well a bank and a casino would do for us.
Me: This location may have just opened, but I’ve noticed a surprisingly small amount of retail spaces. Do you plan to expand that here in the future?
Max: Not in this particular location, we are happy with what we have here. Though there will be more retail locations opening around the city in the future.
Me: Under this project, it seems as if your company is the type to market to high-income residents and tourists, High rollers I’ve heard them be called. Is this planned to be true for the entire company or will it be more varied?
Max: For this location, we’re definatley going to market to the high-income tourists. But depending on what the public wants, we’ll give it to them.
Me: So in conclusion: This project was made to market to high rollers and acts as a jumping off point for future development. Is there anything else you would like to mention?
Max: Just that this was a great project to work on. It was very good at getting the community to work on this and we hope to see a very positive effect on the development community in the future.
Me: Thank you mister Harkman for this interview.
The two apartment towers (eclipse Towers #1 and 2) are also now available for rent and lease.
